The East Coast Super League have named the Sydney Bombers’ Matthew Kopp their Defenceman of the Year for the 2023 season. Kopp competed in 21 games during the season where he recorded eleven goals and eleven assists. His 22 points saw him finish seventh in overall league scoring and second in team scoring for the Sydney Bombers.
