2024 Winter Youth Olympics’ Women’s 3-on-3 tournament: Australia loses to Italy and South Korea

The Australia women’s national youth 3-on-3 team have lost 4–15 and 2–12 against Italy and South Korea respectively on Day 2 of the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics’ Women’s 3-on-3 ice hockey tournament. In the other six games played Hungary recorded two wins and South Korea picked up a win in their second game. China, Mexico, and Turkey meanwhile recorded one win each. At the end of the second day Australia has dropped to sixth on the standings, while Hungary continues to lead the tournament with nine points. Competition resumes tomorrow with Australia taking on Hungary and Mexico.
