Day 16 of the 2023–24 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Adelaide Rush defeating the Brisbane Lightning 6–2 at the Adelaide Ice Arena. With their win the Adelaide Rush move up into second place on the standings, pushing the Perth Inferno down to third. The Melbourne Ice continue to lead the standings with 22 points. Competition resumes on 27 January with the Perth Inferno hosting the Sydney Sirens at Cockburn and the Adelaide Rush take on the Melbourne Ice in Docklands.
