Sydney Bears re-sign Gunner and two Moncrieffs

The Sydney Bears have announced the re-signing of Joey Gunner, Noah Moncrieff, and Thomas Moncrieff for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season.

Defender Joey Gunner played 15 games for the club in 2023, scoring a goal and six assists. Since making his league debut in 2018 he has competed in 43 AIHL games and recorded ten points.

Forward Noah Moncrieff played 26 games for the Bears in 2023, scoring a goal and two assists. Since making his league debut in 2022 he has competed in 47 AIHL games and recorded twelve points. During the AIHL’s off-season Moncrieff joined the Sydney Sabres to play in the 2023–24 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season where he posted five points from five games.

Forward Thomas Moncrieff played 22 games for the club in 2023, scoring four goals and five assists. Since making his league debut in 2017 he has competed in 59 AIHL games and recorded 27 points.
