The Melbourne Ice have announced the re-signing of captain Mackenzie Caruana for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Caruana played 24 games for the Ice in 2023, scoring 17 goals and 30 assists. Since making his league debut in 2018 he has competed in 50 AIHL games and recorded 56 points.
