The Melbourne Ice have announced the re-signing of Thomas Forrest and Christian Pansino for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season.
Goaltender Thomas Forrest played five games for the Ice in his 2023 debut season, recording a save percentage of 0.810 and a 7.92 goals against average. During the AIHL’s off-season Forrest competed for the Sun Devils in the Australian Junior Ice Hockey League where averaged a 0.868 save percentage from three games.
Forward Christian Pansino played 22 games for the club in 2023, scoring a goal and six assists. Since making his league debut in 2018 he has competed in 65 AIHL games and recorded 23 points.
