The Central Coast Rhinos have announced the signing of forward Mackenzie Bolger for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Bolger spent his 2023 debut season playing for the Sydney Ice Dogs where he competed in 14 games, scoring a goal and two assists.
During the AIHL’s off-season Bolger has been played in the United States. Starting the 2023–24 season off with the Bellingham Blazers in the United States Premier Hockey League’s Premier division he recorded 27 points from 21 games. Bolger then left Bellingham to sign with the El Paso Rhinos of the North American 3 Hockey League where he finished the season, recording 27 points in 30 games.
