The Melbourne Mustangs have announced the re-signing of Canadian defenceman Ty Wishart for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Wishart played 26 games for the Mustangs in 2023, scoring 18 goals and 48 assists. Since making his league debut in 2022 he has competed in 45 AIHL games and recorded 104 points.
