Canberra Brave have appointed Andrew Petrie to the position of Head of Hockey Operations. Petrie is a former head coach of the Newcastle Northstars, holding the position between 2015 and 2017, and the Sydney Ice Dogs, leading the team in 2014, 2018 and 2019. He also previously led the coaching of the Australian men’s under-20 national team at the 2018 World U20 Championships and most recently served as one of the two head coaches for The Coast in the Pacific Hockey League.
