The Melbourne Ice have announced the signing of Flyn Gower, Spencer Nave, and Lachie Walls for the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season.
Forward Flyn Gower spent 2023 playing for the Docklands Ice Wolves 17U in Ice Hockey Victoria’s 17U League where he scored seven goals and two assists from 17 games. More recently Gower played for the Melbourne Glaciers in the 2023–24 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season, recording a goal from five games.
Forward Spencer Nave last played in the AIHL for the Melbourne Mustangs during the 2022 season where he recorded two penalty minutes from six games. During 2023 Nave played for the Melbourne Demons in Ice Hockey Victoria’s Premier League where he scored two goals and eight assists from 11 games.
Defender Lachie Walls spent 2023 playing for the Melbourne Jets in Ice Hockey Victoria’s Premier League where he scored a goal and two assists from 15 games.
