The Sydney Ice Dogs have added Max Bu, Stepan Olkin, and Jesse Wilson to their roster for the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season.
Defender Max Bu (IHNSW profile) spent 2023 playing for the Norwest Emperors in Ice Hockey NSW’s 17U League where he scored six goals and nine assists from 20 games.
Forward Stepan Olkin (IHNSW profile) spent 2023 playing for the Sydney Bombers in the East Coast Super League and the Liverpool Saints in Ice Hockey NSW’s 17U League. With the Bombers Olkin recorded a goal and four assists from 15 games and with the Saints he scored four goals and eight assists in his 20 games. During the off-season Olkin competed for the Sydney Sabres in the Australian Junior Ice Hockey League where he recorded a goal from five games.
Defender Jesse Wilson spent 2023 playing for the Reach Rebels in the East Coast Super League where he recorded three assists and 27 penalty minutes from twelve games.
