The Sydney Bears have announced the signing of English defenceman Richard Crowe for the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Crowe spent 2023–24 playing for the Solihull Barons in the National Ice Hockey League’s (NIHL) Division 1 where he recorded 12 goals and 26 assists from 32 games. He also played an additional two games with Solihull in the NIHL’s Division 1 North Cup, recording an assist. Between 2011 and 2024 Crowe as competed in 348 games for Solihull and recorded 146 points.
