2024 AIHL season: 12 May results and standings

Day 14 of the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with wins for the Melbourne Mustangs and Sydney Bears. In the Hellyer Conference, the Melbourne Ice remain at the top of the standings and Melbourne Mustangs move up to fourth position, pushing the Sydney Ice Dogs down to fifth. In the Rurak Conference, the Newcastle Northstars remain at the top of the standings, eight points clear of the second placed Brisbane Lightning. The Melbourne Ice also continue to lead the league’s combined standings, two points ahead of the second placed Sydney Bears. Competition resumes on 18 May with games in Adelaide, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, and Sydney.
