The Melbourne Ice have added forward Jed Lake to their roster for the remainder of the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Lake spent 2023–24 playing for the Pacific Coast Academy’s U17 Prep team in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League’s U17 division where he recorded 32 goals and 17 assists from 33 games. Lake is also a member of the Australian men’s national under-18 team having competed at the 2023 and 2024 IIHF U18 World Championships.
