Continuing our look at the Australian players who were competing overseas during the 2023–24 season. Today features Australians in Germany.

Bayley Kubara (DEB regular season profile, DEB playoff profile): First season in Germany after spending 2022–23 in Finland. Playing for ECW Sande in the Regionalliga Nord, Kubara recorded six goals and eleven assists from 28 games.

Andrew MacWilliam (DEL profile): Third season in Germany and first since 2021–22 after spending 2022–23 in Austria. Playing for EHC Red Bull München in the DEL, MacWilliam competed in fifty games and recorded four assists. MacWilliam competed in seven games of the Champions Hockey League, scoring two goals and an assist, before München was knocked out in the Round of 16 by Genève-Servette HC. Heading into 2024–25, MacWilliam has signed with the Cardiff Devils of the Elite Ice Hockey League.

Chris Schutz (DEB regular season profile, DEB playoff profile): Third season with Hammer Eisbären. Playing in the Oberliga Nord and serving as one of team’s alternate captains, Schutz recorded 18 goals and 21 assists from 34 games. Heading into 2024–25, Schutz has signed with EC Kitzbühel of the Alps Hockey League.

Benedik Stolze (SEVM statistics): Third season in Germany. Playing for Leipziger EC in the Landesliga Sachsen, Stolze competed in seven games, recording seven goals and four assists.

Bruno Stolze (SEVM statistics): Third season in Germany. Playing for Leipziger EC in the Landesliga Sachsen, Stolze recorded a goal and four assists from seven games.
