Team White have defeated Team Black 10–0 in the Sydney Sirens scrimmage match at the Macquarie Ice Rink. Team White was made up of current Sirens players and Team Black consisted of former players from the Sirens and Ice Hockey NSW representative players. The match served as mart of the team’s preparations for the upcoming 2024–25 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season which begins on 2 November with the Sirens taking on the Perth Inferno in Cockburn.
