Australian men’s U20 roster for the 2025 World Championships

Ice Hockey Australia (IHA) have released the roster for the Australian men’s under-20 national team which will compete in the upcoming 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division II Group B tournament. The competition will take place from 19 January to 25 January 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia with Australia competing against Belgium, Iceland, Israel, Serbia, and Spain.

Twelve changes have been made to the team compared to the 2024 roster. Oliver Ashby, Samuel Bartlett, Tyler Colev, Thomas Forrest, Thomas Garas, Marcus Henderson, Daniel Koudelka, Luka Ouimette, Cody Reader, Lachlan Sucher, Maliq West, and Jerry Zhou will all make their debut for the team in 2025.

The twelve players not returning for 2025 are Maksim Astafiyev, Onrii Dalgity, Justin Dixon, Ryan Duchemin, Dmitri Kuleshov, Riley Langille, Matthew Montgomery, Matt Nikitin, Sacha Rapchuk, Mikko Rippon, Hayden Sayers, and Matus Trnka.
