The Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) has announced the appointment of Andy French to their board of directors. French is the current head of hockey operations and international relations for Ice Hockey UK and the former director of hockey for the Elite Ice Hockey League and Ice Hockey Superleague. French has also served as general manager for the British men’s national team, Cardiff Devils, and the Peterborough Pirates.
The AIHL board is now made up of six members with French joining Wayne Hellyer, Dan Hogan, Joyce Price, Ivan Rapchuk, and Jamie Taylor.
