Newcastle Northstars defender Ethan Hawes has signed with Les Bouquetins Hockey Courchevel Méribel Pralognan (HCMP) in the FFHG Division 2 for the 2026–27 season. It will be Hawes’ first time competing in France, having previously played in Canada, the Netherlands, and the United States. HCMP’s regular season gets underway on 3 October against Les Grizzlys de Vaujany.
