Australian roster for the 2027 U18 Women’s World Championships

Ice Hockey Australia (IHA) has released the roster for the Australian women’s under-18 national team which will compete in the upcoming 2027 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 Women’s World Championship Division II Group A tournament. The competition will take place from 25 January to 31 January 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye with Australia competing against Kazakhstan, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania, and Türkiye.

Comparing to the 2026 roster, it includes ten returning players and nine new signings, while ten players are released. Amelia Harmston, Tayla Maber, Jessica Munyard, Aliza Ng, Poppy Noone, Madelyn Reid, Eva Smith Cetina, and Somer Zapatero will all make their debut for the team in 2027. Anika Wegund meanwhile returns after previously playing in 2025. The ten players not returning for 2027 are Tara Baker, Hannah Cryan, Bella Ma, Johanna Meissner, Katie Meyer, Sorenne Powell, Sophie Reader, Annika Schmitz, Bryher Johnson, and Georgia Watts.
