The Adelaide Rush have announced the signing of Canadian defender Aspen Cooper for the upcoming 2024–25 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season. Cooper spent 2023–24 playing for Minot State University in Division 1 of the American Collegiate Hockey Association’s (ACHA) where she scored seven goals and ten assists from 37 games. Since joining Minot State in 2021, Cooper has competed in a total of 95 ACHA games and recorded 37 points.
