Sydney Ice Dogs
– Defenceman Nathan Chiarlitti has left the club mid-season in order to return to Canada to begin his masters degree. Chiarlitti played nine games for the Ice Dogs, scoring 16 points which included five goals. For more information see the announcement from the club
– Belgian forward Bryan Kolodziejczyk is expected to recover from a broken wrist and join the club soon. Kolodziejczyk broke his wrist while playing for Belgium in the IIHF World Championship Division II Group B tournament but arrived in the country in May.

2018 AIHL All-Star Weekend: Skills Competition

The 2018 AIHL-All Star Weekend got underway yesterday with the Skills Competition being held at the Adelaide Ice Arena. The Adelaide Adrenaline and Sydney Bears both claimed two of the seven competitions each with the Newcastle Northstars, Perth Thunder and Sydney Ice Dogs all picking up one.

CBR Brave
– The Brave have announced the signing of American forward Trevor Gerling for the upcoming season. Gerling has spent the 2017-18 season playing for LHC Les Lions of the Ligue Magnus where he currently has 52 points from 47 games. For more information see the announcement from the club

Sydney Ice Dogs
– The Ice Dogs have signed Canadian defenceman Nathan Chiarlitti for the 2018 season. Chiarlitti has spent the last five seasons playing in the U Sports system, most recently for McGill University. In the 2017-18 season for McGill Chiarlitti has recorded 20 points from 37 games. For more information see the announcement from the club
