The Australian national team have lost their third game of the 2015 IIHF World Championship Division II Group A tournament, losing to Iceland 1-6. Adam Geric was named best Australian player of the match. In other games of the day Belgium defeated Serbia 3-2 in overtime and Romania beat Spain 7-1, securing promotion to back to Division I Group B for 2016. After the end of round four Australia remain in last place, ten points behind leaders Romania. Competition resumes tomorrow after todays rest day with Australia taking on Belgium.
