- Goaltender Peter Di Salvo has completed his short stint with the Thunder, finishing with six wins and a save percentage of 0.944. Di Salvo joined the club at the start of the season on an interim basis while the Thunder’s original signing was out due to injury. He now leaves the club due to international commitments and the Thunder is expected to make an announcement in regards to his replacement later in the week.
- The Sydney Bears have signed forward Ales Padelek with the Czech national making his debut in Sundays loss to the North Stars. Padelek has most recently been playing for HC Rebel Havlíčkův Brod in the 1st Czech Republic Hockey League and has previously played in the English Premier Ice Hockey League, Czech Extraliga and Slovak Extraliga.
