2016 Wilson Cup: Game 3

The Sydney Ice Dogs have defeated the Newcastle North Stars 2-1 in Game 3 of the 2016 Wilson Cup. The loss for the North Stars means they are no longer able to qualify for the final. Earlier in the week the North Stars were forced to forfeit their game against the Sydney Bears on 3 April due to a lack of players. The last two games of the round robin get underway next weekend while the final between the Bears and Ice Dogs is scheduled for 16 April.
