Round 9 of the 2017 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Perth Thunder, Newcastle Northstars, CBR Brave, Melbourne Ice and Sydney Bears. The Brave remain on top of the standings, edging out the Thunder on win percentage. Next week seven teams are in action across six games while the Adrenaline sit the round out on a bye.
