It has been confirmed that the 3 December 2017 game between the Adelaide Generals and Melbourne Glaciers has been declared forfeit in favour of the Generals. The decision was made by Ice Hockey Australia after the Glaciers iced a suspended player in the game. The result of the forfeit gives the Generals a 5-0 win after they originally lost 4-7. In addition, the Division and League standings remain unchanged with the Generals sitting first and the Glaciers last.
