The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced the signing of forward Matt Monaghan for the 2019 season. Monaghan has previously played five seasons as an import for the Ice Dogs from 2009 to 2014 where he recorded 86 points from 82 games. Monaghan will now count as a local on the team roster having acquired an Australian permanent residency. For more information see the announcement from the club.
