The Brisbane Blitz have defeated Puckers Ice Hockey – in the grand final of the 2022 Brisbane Blitz Invitational Tournament at Iceworld Boondall. The Blitz and Puckers both finished the round-robin phase of the tournament with two wins and a tie with the Blitz edging out their opposition on goal difference. Player of the game was awarded to Blitz goaltender Ronan Hoy.
