The Adelaide Avalanche have announced the signing of Ben Handberg and Jared Siemens ahead of the 2022 Pacific Hockey League season. Handberg is currently playing with the Port Adelaide Brewers in the National Hockey Super League (NHSL) and was part of the Adelaide Generals during the 2019-20 AJIHL season where he recorded 14 points from 13 games. Siemens is currently playing with the Adelaide Xtreme in the NHSL and finished the regular season with four assists in seven games.
