2022 AIHL season: 17 July results and standings

Day 27 of the 2022 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with the CBR Brave defeating the Melbourne Mustangs while in exhibition play the Sydney Bears beat the Brisbane Lightning. With their win the CBR Brave move into first on the standings and are one point ahead of the now second placed Newcastle Northstars. Competition resumes on 23 July with the Mustangs hosting the Melbourne Ice, the Northstars travelling to Canberra to take on the Brave and the Bears are in Brisbane for an exhibition game against the Lightning.
