Day 6 of the 2022–23 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Sydney Sirens defeating the Perth Inferno 6–5 in overtime at the Cockburn Ice Arena. With their win the Sydney Sirens move up to first on the standings while the Melbourne Ice drop to third. Competition resumes on 26 November with the Sydney Sirens hosting the Adelaide Rush at the Macquarie Ice Rink.
