Day 16 of the 2022–23 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Sydney Sirens defeating the Melbourne Ice 4–3 in overtime at the O’Brien Icehouse. The standings remain unchanged with the Melbourne Ice in first, four points ahead of the second placed Sydney Sirens. Competition resumes on 4 February with the Perth Inferno hosting the Adelaide Rush at the Cockburn Ice Arena.
