The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced the signing of defender Mika Laajunen for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Laajunen made his league debut in 2022 with the Sydney Bears, competing in one game for the club. The rest of Laajunen’s season was spent playing for the Reach Rebels in the East Coast Super League where he recorded seven goals and eleven assists in nine games.
