Australians overseas 2022–23: United States (part 5)

Continuing our look at the Australian players who were competing overseas during the 2022–23 season. Today is Part 5 of 6 featuring Australians in the United States.

Shai Rabinowitz: Fourth season in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL). After starting his season in Canada playing in the Ligue de Hockey Sénior du Élite Rabinowitz signed with the Watertown Wolves of the FPHL. With Watertown he competed in three games, recording one goal, before returning to Canada to join the South Grenville Sr Rangers of the Eastern Ontario Super Hockey League.

Arum Rapchuk: First season in the United States. Playing for the San Diego Sabers in the United States Premier Hockey League’s Premier Division Rapchuk recorded two penalty minutes from five games.

Sacha Rapchuk: First season in the United States. Playing for the San Diego Sabers in the United States Premier Hockey League’s (USPHL) Premier Division Rapchuk competed in 41 games, recording 12 goals and 17 assists. Heading into 2023–24 Rapchuk has signed with the Atlanta Mad Hatters for his second in the USPHL’s Premier Division. He will be joined by Onrii Dalgity who has also signed with Atlanta for the upcoming season.

Easton Robitaille: First season in the United States after spending 2021–22 in Canada. Playing for the Vermont Lumberjacks in the Eastern Hockey League Robitaille recorded five goals and 13 assists in his 41 games.

Tim Rye: Fourth season with Maryville University. Playing in the American Collegiate Hockey Association’s Division II Rye competed in 17 games, recording one goal and eight assists.
