Round 20 of the 2023 East Coast Super League regular season has finished with two wins for the Newcastle Northstars, while the Sydney Bombers and Sydney Heat played out a two-all draw. The standings remain unchanged, with the Newcastle Northstars continuing to lead the standings and are now seven points clear over the second-placed Sydney Bombers. Competition resumes on 19 August with the Polyflor Raptors hosting the Reach Rebels at Macquarie. Then, on 20 August the Sydney Bombers take on the Sydney Heat in Liverpool.
