The Melbourne Mustangs have won the 2023 Goodall Cup after defeating the CBR Brave 1–0 in the Final at the O’Brien Icehouse. Melbourne had qualified for the match after defeating the Sydney Bears in yesterday’s semifinal round and the Brave had advanced after winning their semifinal against the Perth Thunder. The win gives Melbourne their second Goodall Cup title, having previously won in 2014.
