The Melbourne Ducks have defeated the Sydney Sirens 2–1 in game four of the 2023–24 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League (AWIHL) Exhibition Series. The match was the first win for the Ducks in the six-game exhibition series after losing the first two to the Melbourne Ice and yesterday’s game three to the Sydney Sirens. The exhibition series is being played as part of the Ducks’ bid to enter the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League. Competition resumes on 3 and 4 February with the Ducks taking on the Adelaide Rush.
