The Melbourne Ducks have lost 1–12 to the Adelaide Rush in game five of the 2023–24 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League (AWIHL) Exhibition Series. The Ducks now have a record of one win and four losses in the six-game exhibition series having earlier lost two games to the Melbourne Ice in October and splitting their two games with the Sydney Sirens in December. The exhibition series is being played as part of the Ducks’ bid to enter the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League. Competition concludes tomorrow with the Ducks again hosting the Rush at iceHQ.
