The Melbourne Ice have announced the re-signing of Nathan Cachia and Jacob Laver for the upcoming 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season.
Defender Nathan Cachia played 25 games for the club in 2023, recording eight assists and eight penalty minutes. Since making his league debut in 2018 he has competed in 93 AIHL and recorded 15 points.
Defender Jacob Laver played 22 games for the Ice in 2023, recording two assists and six penalty minutes. Since making his league debut in 2022 he has competed in 38 AIHL games and recorded six points.
