Day 6 of the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with wins for the Brisbane Lightning, Perth Thunder, Sydney Bears, and Sydney Ice Dogs. With their win the Perth Thunder move into first on the Hellyer Conference standings and the league’s combined standings, pushing the Melbourne Ice down into second. In the Rurak Conference, the Newcastle Northstars remain at the top of the standings with nine points. The Brisbane Lightning move from fourth to second, pushing the Adelaide Adrenaline and Canberra Brave down a place each. Competition resumes on 21 April with games in Canberra, Melbourne, and Newcastle.
