
The 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Division II tournament will be held in Belgrade, Serbia following an agreement between the International Ice Hockey Federation and the Serbian Ice Hockey Association. The competition was originally set to be held in Melbourne, Australia but has been moved after Ice Hockey Australia withdrew as host, citing security concerns related to the participation of Israeli national team. Dates and a venue for the relocated tournament are expected to be confirmed soon.
Update (25 February 2025): The competition will be held from 29 April to 5 May 2025.
