Day 15 of the 2026 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) regular season has finished with the Sydney Ice Dogs defeating the Sydney Bears 7–3 at Macquarie Ice Rink. The Newcastle Northstars continue to lead the standings, three points ahead of the second-placed Central Coast Rhinos. Competition resumes on 23 May with games in Brisbane, Central Coast, Melbourne, and Sydney.
