Sydney Ice Dogs forward Kale Costa has been named the Skaters Network Australian Player of the Week for the weekend of 15 to 17 May 2026. Costa recorded three assists in his team’s loss to the Melbourne Mustangs on 16 May and a goal and seven assists in their win over Melbourne Ice on 17 May. This is Costa’s second player of the week award for the season after picking up the prize last week.
