The Sydney Sirens have appointed Timothy Cox to the position of assistant coach for the 2026–27 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League (AWIHL) season. Cox is currently an assistant coach with Canberra Brave and the Australian men’s under-16 team which will be competing in next month’s Youth Pan-Pacific Ice Hockey Series. He also recently served as head coach of the Australian Capital Territory women’s team at the 2026 Stephanie Boxall National Women’s Championship.
