The Adelaide Adrenaline have announced the signing of Canadian defender Connor Vermeulen for the remainder of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Vermeulen spent 2022–23 playing in the FFHG’s Division 2 for Bélougas de Toulouse-Blagnac where he scored two goals and eleven assists in 17 games. Between 2017 and 2023 Vermeulen has competed in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference, Big Six Hockey League, Federal Prospects Hockey League, FFHG’s Division 2, Southern Professional Hockey League and the U Sports system.
