Newcastle North Stars
- The North Stars have announced the signing of Canadian defenceman Brandon Greenside for the 2016 season. Greenside spent the 2015-16 season playing for the Peoria Rivermen in the Southern Professional Hockey League where he recorded 37 points in 56 games. Greenside has also previously played in the Eredivisie and Canadian Interuniversity Sport system. For more information see the announcement from the club.
Sydney Bears
- The Bears have announced the signing of Canadian defenceman Ryan Annesley for the upcoming season. Annesley last played for Stjernen Hockey of the GET-ligaen during the 2013-14 season and has previously played three seasons in the ECHL. For more information see the announcement from the club.
