The Australian Men’s team have lost their second game of the 2014 IIHF World Championship Division II Group A tournament, losing to Estonia 1-5. Goaltender Anthony Kimlin was awarded best Australian player of the game after saving 49 of 54 shots on goals. After the loss Australia drops to last in the standings and is five points off Estonia which leads the tournament with six points. The team now takes a days break before coming up against Iceland on Saturday. In other games of the day Iceland defeated Belgium 6-3 and Serbia beat Israel 10-6.
