2015 AIHL season: Round 8

Round 8 of the 2015 Australian Ice Hockey League has finished with wins for Perth Thunder, Melbourne Ice, Sydney Ice Dogs (their first for the season) and the Newcastle North Stars. The Thunder remain in first place on the standings and are now five points clear of the second place Melbourne Ice. Next week all eight teams are in action across six games. Of note next weeks game involving the Perth Thunder and Melbourne Mustangs will be held at the Perth Arena (as opposed the the Perth Ice Arena) as a pre-game event to the Canada v USA Ice Hockey Classic match and will kick of at 15:20.
