Round 8 of the 2016-17 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with the Brisbane Goannas and Melbourne Ice both coming away with a win in their double-header. The standings remain unchanged at the end of the round with the Goannas locking in second place and the Ice third to the end of the regular season. Next week the Adelaide Rush host the Sydney Sirens in the final round of the 2016-17 regular season.
